Try Mixed Harvest Matcha. Sourced from the Kansai 関西 Region on Japan’s main island, Honshū. This includes prefectures of Hyōgo, Kyoto, Mie, Nara, Osaka, Shiga, and Wakayama. This blend of mixed harvest leaves is sharp with good body, making it great as a latte and baking for cost efficiency. Now in an airtight tin, with an inner lid to keep your matcha fresher for longer. Please keep it stored in a foil bag, or fill to top to keep oxygen to a minimum. Keep in a beverage fridge to best retain flavour and colour. What is matcha? Matcha is powdered green tea leaves - think of a supercharged green tea! A great caffeine option and alternative to coffee. Why use matcha? Perfect for you if you struggle with coffee and needing an alternative. Matcha is unique because of the amino acid L-theanine present. When paired with matcha’s naturally occurring caffeine, this lessens the side effects normally associated with coffee such as anxiety and restlessness.
