Fashion Sewing Class for Kids

2026-2027 Fashion Design and Sewing classes for kids ages 6-12: Learn to use a sewing machine, safely. Create real garments. Make fashion friends. Beginners are welcome! Each season during the school year, we introduce exciting new projects to keep things fresh and engaging. Our skill-building classes help students enhance their sewing abilities by learning the essentials: measuring, cutting, and using a sewing machine to create real and wearable clothing and accessories (think tops, jumpsuits, jackets, fancy purses, and more). Registration Options: Seasonal: Register by the season — Fall, Winter, and Spring, 12–13 weeks each Monthly Membership: Pay $255 today, then monthly October through June. We offer unlimited make-up classes for current enrollees to ensure your child doesn’t miss out on any sewing fun. Please book your makeup during the same season. School Pickup Available in our earlier design class from 3-4PM. Contact any studio for more details. Seasonal fashion show for parents and friends! Class Details: Duration: 90-minute weekly classes. Ages: 6-12 View the Calendar What We’ll Learn: Introduction to using a sewing machine complete with safety features like speed control and finger guards. Measuring, cutting fabric (with our branded kid-safe scissors), and using patterns (created by us for kid designers). And how to create 2-3 fashionable items to take home and wear. Plus showcase it all in a seasonal fashion show! Each student works on their own project at their own pace with guidance from our professional instructors. Our small class size ensures lots of personal attention, with a student/teacher ratio of 6:1 and a maximum of 12 students per class.
