This lot is composed of Yellow Catuai and processed using a natural anaerobic method, which intensifies fruit expression while maintaining balance and clarity. The result is a vibrant, aromatic cup with floral lift and layered sweetness. In the cup, expect bright notes of kumquat and apple, supported by honeyed sweetness and delicate floral tones. In recognition of its quality, Agua Sarca achieved 17th place in the Cup of Excellence Nicaragua 2020, highlighting the farm’s successful blend of heritage, innovation, and respect for nature.
