Chocolate-led and balanced, with cherry sweetness and soft stone fruit. Grown in the hills of Viani in Cundinamarca, this lot is made up of coffees from small producers working within Racafe’s CRECER programme. Cherries are collected locally by Sr Joseel before being carefully processed and dried, bringing consistency to a region known for its varied microclimates. The result is a clean, structured cup with depth, gentle fruit, and a steady sweetness.
