Old Soul Box XXV

Vintage brass tortoise shaped betel nut box. This hinged lid has a hand engraved fish scale pattern and opens up to reveal four compartments. The box stands on four wheels meant for it to be moved along the table. The tortoise is a symbol of longevity, wisdom and good fortune, and this would make a great trinket box.
