Description This is a standard G9 lampholder, a connection point that a separate G9 capsule bulb pushes into. The holder itself produces no light; it simply secures the bulb and carries the mains supply to it. The bulb is not included, so the chosen G9 capsule is bought separately to suit the fitting. It accepts the two-pin G9 cap found on small capsule lamps used in pendants, wall fittings, decorative fixtures and replacement housings. The holder is rated at 250V AC and 2A, which covers the typical load of a single G9 capsule. The grey body keeps the part discreet inside an enclosure or fitting where it sits out of direct view.
