Our sparkling Elderflower Pressé is made from elderflowers picked at the peak of ripeness from our family-owned farm and is handcrafted in small batches, here in North Devon. Made with 100% natural ingredients, no preservatives, and a unique blend of flavours it is crafted from sparkling Devon spring water, sugar, elderflower syrup, and lemon juice. Perfect as refreshing summer drink over ice, in a cocktail or as an alcohol free alternative. Each bottle tells a story of how Devon naturally provides ingredients and inspiration to us as we walk Mr Winston, our rescued English Setter, around the farm.
