Through vibrant oil paintings and emotionally driven compositions, Alice explores themes of anxiety, healing, vulnerability, and emotional release. About the Exhibition — Visual Exhale Alice: My work transforms inner emotions into colour, energy, and form. Rooted in experiences of anxiety, overthinking, and emotional tension, my paintings translate personal thoughts and reflections on society into a visual language. Painting becomes a process of release—an act of reshaping what feels heavy into something more open and alive. Through bold yet nuanced colour and composition, I explore the space between strength and vulnerability, between what is seen and what is felt. These works invite viewers to pause and exhale—while gently drawing out a shared resonance, where emotions, ideas, and energy are transformed into something expressive and alive.
