Cold Brew: Peach White Tea

Peach White Tea Bright & Summery Asheville Tea Company & Hi-Wire Brewing have teamed up to create a unique collaboration that celebrates hope, joy, & forward momentum. We met after Hurricane Helene impacted both of our facilities in 2024 — and decided to flip the narrative & focus on brighter days ahead. Enjoy this bright, summery iced tea blend & Hi-Wire's White Peach Gose infused with this blend. Cheers to new friends & tasty tea! Each Cold Brew Bag contains three, half-gallon brew bags meant for brewing by the pitcher. Ingredients: Peaches, Oolong Tea, White Tea, Mangos, Apricots, Lemon Verbena Caffeine Level: Some Caffeine BREWING INSTRUCTIONS **Cold-Brew Iced Tea Yields: 1/2 gallon Steep 1/2 oz tea bag in 1/2 gallon cold water for two hours, refrigerated. Serve over ice. **Hot-Infused Iced Tea Yields: 1/2 gallon Steep ½ oz tea bag in 1/4 gallon boiling water for 5–7 minutes. Strain; dilute with ¼ gallon ice or cold water. Serve over ice.
