HMG Nisocoat 2 – Product Overview HMG Nisocoat 2 is a two-component (2K), non-isocyanate acrylic topcoat developed as a safer alternative to traditional 2K polyurethane and isocyanate-cured coatings while still delivering the durability and performance expected from industrial finishing systems. It is designed for professional spraying applications where a high-quality decorative and protective finish is required. Key Features Non-isocyanate technology – reduces many of the health and safety concerns associated with conventional isocyanate-containing 2K coatings. Excellent chemical resistance – suitable for environments exposed to oils, fuels, cleaning chemicals, and industrial contaminants. Durable, tough finish – provides strong resistance to wear, abrasion, and general service conditions. Fast drying and curing – touch dry in approximately 15 minutes, hard dry in around 4 hours, with full cure achieved in 7 days at 20°C. Excellent appearance – formulated to provide high-quality flow and finish directly from the spray gun with good gloss and colour retention. Available in Gloss, Semi-Gloss, Semi-Matt, and Matt finishes and can be supplied in a wide range of RAL, BS, Fleet, Automotive, and custom colours.
