Montresor Satinato Amarone della Valpolicella

A flavourful and approachable expression of contemporary Amarone, presented in a striking black frosted bottle. Made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes grown in the Valpolicella Classico zone. The hand-picked grapes are dried for four months, then fermented for four months in stainless steel. The wine is aged for two years in oak casks and small French barrels. Taste guide: aromas of mocha and ripe plum, with flavours of black cherry, damson, and dark chocolate. It is rich, balanced, and finishes fresh with smooth tannins. Pair with: red meats, game or hard cheeses, especially Parmesan.
