From the Master of Taurasi, this powerful, structured and serious Rosato of Aglianico will change the way you think about pink wines. Not to be confused with the poolside/picnic sippers, this should be considered, like Chateau Simone's Pallette Rosé, a wine for the cellar. Even as a 2022, this wine still has a lot of life ahead of it, though it would already offer fabulous drinking alongside classic backyard grilling fare or, of course, pizza.
