Óscar Aragón is Ribera royalty. His family winery, Cillar de Silos, is widely recognised by critics as one of the best in the region. This is an amazing example of affordable and approachable Ribera 1x Cillar de Silos Rosado 2025 (14%)- the brand new vintage of rosé, which is also Tempranillo but with 15% of the Albillo white grape blended in, which gives a gorgeous citrusy flavour to the wild strawberries and herbs of the Tempranillo. An amazing food wine which will last well into 2026 and beyond 1x Cillar de Silos Torresilo 2022 (14.5%)- with its striking orange label and rich, opulent flavours, it’s a bottle that lasts long in the memory. I have magnums of this for each of my kids’ birth years, it’s that good. This and roast lamb were destined to be together! This pack would cost €228 if sold anywhere else in Ireland.
