Step 1: Get Your Pass (Purchase Separately!) Subscribe to the AG PASS first. Please check out with ONLY the AG PASS in your cart. (Do not add coffee beans to this initial order, or the system will not apply your discount). Once active, your 15% discount will automatically apply to future orders. Step 2: Build Your Box (Checkout Every Time!) Add your favorite coffees using your member discount. To secure your beans, you must complete the checkout and payment process each time you add to your box. Please do not just leave items in your cart. Place as many separate orders as you like—we will automatically combine them! Step 3: Order Cut-off (16th, 18:00 JST / basically 15th in US & CA) Lock in your monthly selections. (⚠️ Shipping Note: You must have a total of 5+ bags to qualify for free shipping. If your combined order is 4 bags or fewer, standard shipping rates will apply, and your order will be on hold until the fee is settled). Step 4: Roast & Dispatch (Around the 25th) We carefully roast and ship your freshly packed coffee in one consolidated box! (Note: Dispatch dates may occasionally shift due to international events. If this happens, we’ll notify you in advance and include a complimentary 50g bonus coffee as a special treat!) ● Cancellation Policy You can easily manage or cancel your membership at any time directly through your Customer Portal. To cancel for the upcoming month, please do so before the last day of the current month.
