This report summarises the findings of the RPTU study "Knowledge Transfer for Resilient Neighbourhood Management in Ukraine", carried out within the project "Strengthening Urban Resilience in the Areas of Supply Infrastructure and Housing in Ukraine (SUR)", commissioned by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ. The report provides an overview of risk management and urban resilience fundamentals at the level of integrated neighbourhood concepts, with a focus on Ukraine's wartime situation – criteria relevant to short-, mid-, and long-term urban recovery planning. These were discussed with stakeholders, scientists, and city representatives at expert workshops. Three case studies for partner cities implemented the urban resilience criteria in the form of integrated Resilient Neighbourhood Development Concepts (RNDC). The approaches will be further developed in future projects, in line with a broad participation process. 210 x 230 mm 80 pages, 70 images ISBN 978-3-86922-913-3
