Wild Alaska Rockfish Box Harvested by Long-Lining. Very versatile and lends itself to many cooking methods including sautéing, roasting, broiling and grilling. Its mild flavor makes it especially good for rubs, marinades and sauces. All of our seafood is flash frozen or "fresher than fresh" to ensure its quality is maintained at the peak of freshness. Rockfish Fillets weigh approximately 1 pound each, depending on the size and variation of the cut. Our Rockfish Box comes in four sizes: EXTRA SMALL : You will receive 10 pounds of locally-caught, frozen Rockfish. SMALL: You will receive 20 pounds of locally-caught, frozen Rockfish. MEDIUM: You will receive 30 pounds of locally-caught, frozen Rockfish. LARGE: You will receive 40 pounds of locally-caught, frozen Rockfish.
