Cellar Pardas Sumoll Rosat - 2025

Once an almost extinct grape, Sumoll has been championed by a small cadre of winemakers in Penedes who refuse to see one of their indigenous varieties disappear. Ramon Parera and Jordi Arnan are two of these winemakers, and between their own hand planted vines and a plot of old vine Sumoll they work biodynamically to encourage the land to grow the best fruit possible. – ABV: 12%
