Scene No. 4 | Organic and Biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc | Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec | France
Grape varieties: 100% Sauvignon Blanc ABV: 12.5% Organic and Biodynamic After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged on its lees for 6 months with regular stirring, which gives it a rich and creamy texture. The wine is then gently filtered and naturally decanted, preserving its delicate flavors and aromas. In the glass, the wine has a pale gold colour with green highlights. On the nose, herbs, gooseberries, green pepper and nettles. On the palate, the wine is crisp, refreshing, and well-balanced, with a vibrant acidity and a long, zesty finish. About the producer The Ricardelle de Lautrec estate has been producing organic wines since 1999 and today offers a range of natural wines, with no added sulphites. The Ricardelle de Lautrec estate is located in the town of Coursan in the Aude, at the crossroads of the terroirs of La Clape, Minervois and Corbières. The name of the estate, as well as its cellars date from the 19th century, testify to this heritage. Today, Cathy and Lionel Boutié, continue the work started more than four generations ago by following the rules of Biodynamic Agriculture.
