Get Splitty: Pole Splits, Aerial Lines & True Split Shapes
July 19 | 4:30pm–6:00pm Taught by @poling.rain Take your flexibility training into the air. This intermediate workshop focuses on applying flexibility to pole tricks, aerial shapes, and dynamic split presentation. Students will learn how to create cleaner lines, stronger extensions, and more confident split-based movement both on the pole and in the air. Together we’ll explore: ✔ True splits versus split illusions ✔ Pole split shapes and entries ✔ Aerial lines and body positioning ✔ Active flexibility and strength development ✔ Dynamic flexibility presentation ✔ Creating longer, cleaner lines in intermediate pole skills This workshop is ideal for students who already have a solid pole foundation and are ready to integrate flexibility into their aerial practice.
