Feel free to serve directly from the products, as they retain heat for a long time, but do not store food in them. Clean with hot water after use. Dry the iron thoroughly, preferably using the stove’s residual heat. Note that cast iron should not be cleaned in the dishwasher and that seasoned products may cause staining if placed on delicate surfaces.
