How to Use Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then take a pad out of the box. Unfold it and gently remove the individual wrapper. Peel off the protective paper strip from the back and wings to expose the adhesive. Center the pad on the crotch of your underwear. Wrap the wings underneath and press down firmly to ensure it secures properly and won’t slip. When ready to change, peel off the wings and the pad. Roll it up, place it inside its wrapper, and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
