SJAP26-ARS (Indigo Sashiko Lattice Trousers)

Indigo fabric in a deep blue hue with a purple tint. This blue is hand-dyed using a dye blend of natural indigo and regular indigo, and the more you wash it, the more the texture improves. Inspired by ripstop, a weaving structure with excellent tear strength, this fabric features a lattice pattern with thick ridges. It was made to order using sashiko weaving techniques, and is a gem of a fabric that was created together with the immense experience and intuition of our local Japanese artisans. Trousers made from indigo sashiko lattice fabric. The pattern is loose around the thighs and crotch resulting a slightly wider, straight silhouette.
