Chronic headache relief herbal remedy Relief Series: Headache Relief The Headache Relief Tincture alleviates the pain of chronic tension headaches, migraines, scatter headaches, sore temples, jaw tightness and jaw pain. Headaches can be caused by hunger, thirst, lack of sleep, exposure to the sun, or environmental stress. This tincture is also excellent for any kind of nerve pain or TMJ pain. Directions: 4 drops in 10 ml of water, when you feel the onset of a headache. Take 4 drops every 15 minutes till the pain subsides. Drink several glasses of water. Ingredients: Organic Herbs of Feverfew, Skullcap, California Poppy, Gingko, Vervain, Gotu Kola, Lemon Balm and Magnesium INSTRUCTIONS : Take half a dropper of tincture in 15 ml of water, three times a day, everyday, if working on chronic migraines.
