The three-component handle combines a sturdy PP core with an outer TPE layer for the perfect balance of strength and comfort. The ambidextrous sheath can be used by both right- and left-handed users. Full Flat grind with secondary bevel in Swedish stainless steel The 108 mm blade is 3.2 mm thick and made of Swedish stainless 14C28N steel. It is hardened and cryogenically treated for high strength and edge retention, with a hardness of 58 HRC. The flat grind with secondary bevel provides low cutting resistance and clean cuts, while the optimized angle makes the knife equally suited for food preparation and carving.
