Goat Gouda is a semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized goat's milk and cream. Firm, dense and smooth textured cheese is slightly grainy with hints of caramel. We ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure the freshness of your product. Please note that due to extreme heat temperatures in summer, some shipments may be delayed.
