Sarracenia – Autumn

Autumn is a stunning hybrid crossed with many species of sarracenia, including Purpurea X Flava x Wilkerson Red, to get these gorgeous Deep Red Pitchers. The pitchers start off green with dark red veining and as it matures the entire pitcher turns a shade of yellow and then into a dark maroon colour, which looks almost black in its intensity, reflecting all the colours of Autumn – A truly magnificent specimen. This pitcher is unique in that it is one of the few pitchers that is all red from the bottom right to the top of the pitcher. This plant has been lovingly propagated from my PRIVATE COLLECTION.
