Grown in the highlands of Yirgacheffe — one of Ethiopia's most celebrated coffee regions — this natural-process coffee is dried whole in the sun, letting the fruit's flavours work deep into the bean over several weeks. Expect strawberry jam and blueberry muffin upfront, with a floral lift through the middle and milk chocolate on the finish. Rich and full-bodied, it's sweet in a way that feels natural rather than added. A fruit-forward Ethiopian natural at its best — bold enough to drink black, interesting enough to make you want more. Currently 1kg packs are only available as whole bean.
