HIPLOK: Z Lock Series

Lightweight can mean readily available, which is the difference between having a way to secure your prize kit or not. The Z-Lock Series from Hiplok answers a very specific brief: they’re inexpensive and portable options for reducing the likelihood of your bike and/or bits from going walkabouts, whilst pausing in public. Inside the toughened nylon outer is a stainless steel band offering flexible, adjustable protection for whenever you need it. We particularly like these for added security in conjunction with Hiplok’s Sold Gold Secure locks when threaded through a helmet outside a supermarket, or to connect multiple bikes stashed nearby in a pub garden. They’re not for primary security, nor do they have any security ratings, however they can prevent opportunists from wheeling your bike away or pinching your helmet on a ride when you’re not carrying your overnight lock(s).
