Sxusem Soap (Soap Berries)

Our Sxusem (hu-shum), soap berries, are harvested in Lillooet BC, and preserved in glass jars. We purchase our Sxusem from Nora, a local elder who sells her berries at Pow Wows in the Vancouver area. Nora whips the Sxusem with a sweetener until they are light and airy to make Indian Ice Cream! Our childhood favorite! We have added Argan oil to this cleansing bar, making it a great shampoo bar as well! Sunflower oil, Coconut oil, Extra Virgin Olive oil, Soapberry, Aegean oil, sodium hydroxide, water.
