Patch/Hypselodoris apolegma
Found in the Pacific coastal waters of Japan, this distinctive sea slug grows to about 4–7 cm. Its blue-purple body is marked with three bold black lines along its back, finished with a bright yellow edge that creates a vivid contrast. With its smooth, elongated form, it moves gracefully across shallow coral reefs. It feeds mainly on sponges, and is commonly found along the Pacific side of Japan south of Honshu. Inspired by these vivid natural colors, the patch is made with detailed embroidery and layered textures inspired by the vivid colors of the sea slug. Designed for versatile use, it can be applied as an iron-on patch or used as a sticker.
