Cicchio Pistacchio Spritz is their playful, world-first take on the spritz category, blending Zonzo Estate sparkling base wine with a custom-built pistachio liqueur.The bottle pours a soft pale green with a fine, lively bead and a creamy, almost dessert-like nose of pistachio, honey and rosewater. The palate carries that gentle pistachio character through soft melon and floral notes, with a textural, lightly creamy mouthfeel that finishes clean rather than cloying. Genuinely original, and far more refreshing than the colour might suggest.Best served well chilled over plenty of ice in a balloon glass, with a wedge of fresh grapefruit and perhaps a sprig of mint.
