Blueberry Sage Shrub

Blueberry sweetness with a hint of sage and lemon on the bouquet. Strong apple cider vinegar aroma. Great paired with sparkling wine and most spirits, or mix with iced tea or lemonade for a great zero-proof cocktail. Add a few drops to a tonic, toddy or deglaze a pan for a gastrique sauce.
