2024 Vineyard Chardonnay

VQA Prince Edward County On the nose, white flowers, rich ripe apples, and Bartlett pears, with hints of peach rising from the glass. Nutty and spice tones lead to a vibrant mouthfeel, finishing with a mix of fruit and spice and a beautiful floral finish. Sourced entirely from our estate. 25% Churchside and 75% South Clos. 100% Chardonnay. Whole cluster pressed. Fermented in barrel, less than 10% new (500L). Partial malolactic fermentation took place. Food Pairing: Enjoy with seafood rolls or fresh shucked oysters, a roasted chicken sandwich, or pork tenderloin stuffed with duxelles and wrapped in prosciutto.
