Retro Tomato Recipe Card
I've always had a soft spot for vintage recipe cards and this freebie is a riff on a truly classic style. Inspired by some yellowing and oh-so-seventies veggie themed cards from my grandmother's recipe box (a cherished keepsake that I often find myself thumbing through), I wanted to put my own spin on a retro favorite with a bit of a Fennec twist. Not only will these add a little fun to your mealtime, I think they'd also be great for gifting a recipe to a friend or for sharing a family keepsake recipe. Some tips for printing your Recipe Cards: We recommend using a heavier paper than printer paper, for a more card like feel. The red and green ink looks especially cute on light but warm colors, but you can use any color combo you'd like! The download is a printable PDF, for best results we recommend setting your printer to 100% scale and to "print both front and back." This will ensure your cards are as centered as possible and that the front and backs are both printed. The cards are designed to be cut as quarters of a standard 8.5 x 11 inch sheet of paper, so there is no waste. Keep in mind that all printers (especially home printers) have imperfect alignment, try not to sweat the small margins (you can always trim off a little extra to even things out). DISCLAIMER: These cards are free for personal use only. Any sharing of download links in a public forum will result in removal from access to the Secret Society. Any commercial reproduction of the art for profit is a violation of the copyright and will result in legal action. Thanks you in advance for respecting the intentions of this space.
