Sourdough Workshop June-19

Friday June 19th, 6:00pm Join us for a hands-on, beginner-friendly sourdough workshop where you’ll learn the full process of creating delicious sourdough from scratch. We’ll guide you step-by-step through feeding and maintaining a healthy sourdough starter, as well as shaping and preparing your own artisan loaf. Participants will also learn how to use their starter for a variety of baked goods beyond bread — we’ll share recipe favorites that go well beyond the classic loaf. Included with registration: Live instruction on sourdough care, feeding & baking Fresh sourdough starter (“mother”) Glass jar for storage Mixing bowl & spatula Bread flour Bread bag Recipe booklet featuring sourdough bread and additional sourdough baked goods Whether this is your very first loaf or you’re looking to gain confidence and clarity in the process, this workshop will set you up with everything you need to bake beautiful bread from home. Bring Your Own Wine is welcomed. Lite refreshments and a glass of wine will be provided. **All refunds will be subject to a 4% return fee or store credit can be issued with no fee.
