It's rare for farmers to create fukamushi (deep steam) teas with high quality hand picked leaves as this type of processing was originally invented to improve the flavour of lower grade leaves. Steeping Notes: 5g | 60°-70°C | 1min | 100ml-200ml Re-steep the leaves multiple times.
