NOHRD WaterGrinder

The NOHRD WaterGrinder is an upper body ergometer inspired by the grinding motion used by sailors to winch sails. Using a crank motion, it delivers an intense cardio and strength workout targeting the arms, shoulders, chest, core, and back. Water resistance provides smooth, natural, and impact-free training - the harder you crank, the greater the resistance. The machine can be used sitting or standing on either side, with the crank handles adjustable across 8 positions and the seat adjustable in height. The wide foot frame also makes it accessible for wheelchair users. The swivel-mounted touchscreen monitor can be positioned on either side for easy visibility during any training position. Built from solid wood with a steel base and sealed polycarbonate water tank, the WaterGrinder's distinctive droplet shape fits equally well in a home, gym, wellness studio, or physiotherapy clinic.
