These packages are built around an OTK frame (2020 or newer recommended) which you source yourself — we supply everything that bolts to it, with four spec levels to suit your budget and ambition. Budget Build The cost-effective way to get running. Built using quality generic and aftermarket parts throughout. Ideal for club racing, practice karts, or builds where value matters most. 2. OTK + Budget Replacement (Senzo & Aftermarket Parts) Genuine OTK where it counts — including the full OTK brake system — paired with Senzo and aftermarket parts to keep costs down. Uses aluminium components in place of magnesium where applicable. The smart middle ground: OTK quality on the parts that matter, sensible savings elsewhere. 3. OTK + Replacement (Senzo & Aftermarket Parts) Mostly genuine OTK, substituting Senzo or aftermarket only where the quality is genuinely comparable. Retains magnesium components (e.g. hubs, hangers) for the proper OTK feel and performance. The enthusiast's choice. 4. Complete OEM OTK Everything genuine OTK. Essentially a brand-new kart minus the frame — no compromises, full factory specification throughout. Please note — all packages exclude: Seat, engine, engine mount, tyres and fuel.
