ATHOS Riesling DOC Südtirol 2023
This Riesling wine is made from grapes grown at 580 meters above sea level in a cool microclimate near Meran. The wine has a fine fruit aroma of peaches and apricots, is elegant and fresh-tasting, and finishes with a slight minerality.
- The grapes remain on the vine until absolute ripeness before being handpicked.
- The must is left on the press for a long time to extract typical Riesling notes from the skins.
