2025 Feijoa and Riesling Co-Ferment
This wine is a blend of Riesling and Feijoa, sourced from sites on opposite sides of the Waipara River. It is direct pressed, co-fermented in neutral oak, settled, and bottled with added juice to achieve 13 g/l residual sugar.
- The wine is effervescent, boldly fragrant and textural.
- It is unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulphites.
