An Odyssey of Colour and Haute Horlogerie The Beauregard Ulysse Saint-Pétersbourg marks an extraordinary meeting of two creative worlds: the artistic vision of Alexandre Beauregard and the mechanical genius of master watchmaker Vianney Halter. Part of Beauregard's inaugural men's collection, the Saint-Pétersbourg transforms traditional watchmaking into a sculptural work of art, drawing inspiration from the opulence and extraordinary craftsmanship of the legendary House of Fabergé. At the heart of the watch lies its remarkable dial, formed from an intricate 18-carat rose gold lacework set with individually hand-carved gemstones. Rock crystal, amethyst, Fanta opal, fire opal, topaz, yellow opal and peridot come together in a vibrant floral composition, with mother-of-pearl concealed beneath the gemstones to illuminate them from within. As light moves across the wrist, the stones reveal constantly changing reflections, giving the dial exceptional depth and luminosity. Behind this extraordinary display of lapidary artistry beats the VH Mysterious automatic, a self-winding mechanical movement created with Vianney Halter. Entirely made and assembled in Switzerland, it features a 56-hour power reserve, hand-finished bridges and wheels, and 30 transparent functional rubies. Through the caseback, its mysterious oscillating winding mass bears the Latin inscription Vulnerant omnes, ultima necat - “All wound; the last kills” - a poetic reminder of the precious and fleeting nature of time. Housed in a beautifully proportioned 41 mm 18-carat rose gold case and paired with a stitchless chestnut alligator strap, the Ulysse Saint-Pétersbourg brings together haute joaillerie and independent watchmaking at their most expressive.
