Lilypad Pond – water lily and goldfish earrings
One set of lightweight earrings with water lily flowers, lily pads, and faceted glass beads, finished with metal goldfish charms. These earrings come with hypoallergenic surgical steel hooks. I started making this design at a point where I was thinking about putting a pond in my garden. The deer keep eating my water lily but otherwise, success! Weight: 3-4 grams each. For reference, a penny weighs about 2.5g and a nickel weighs 5g. Size: Earrings with little fish are about 8.5cm from top to bottom, and the lily pads are about 2.3cm wide. Earrings with the larger fish are about 10.5cm from top to bottom, and 3cm at their widest (which is across the fish’s tail).
