Wool Silk Floral Jacquard Tie: Vichyssoise

Wool silk necktie with textured floral jacquard pattern. Fabric imported from Japan, overdyed, cut and hand-sewn in New York. Vichyssoise is a color named for the leek and potato soup made by French chef Louis Niat at the Ritz Carlton New York in 1917. It's also the name of the paint color we used on the garment racks that our friend Cal Siegel, of Hard Wares, built for our studio showroom.
