Volkswagen Audi EA839 Crankshaft – OE 06M105019AM

OverviewA new replacement crankshaft for the EA839 engine, supplied for Volkswagen Audi applications and cross-referenced to OE 06M105019AM. It is a direct-fit component for an engine rebuild where the original crank is scored, worn on the journals or has failed a bearing.Engine application Engine code: EA839 Listed for: Volkswagen Audi OE references: 06M105019AM How this part failsBecause the crankshaft sits at the centre of the rotating assembly, wear shows up as noise and pressure loss rather than a sudden failure. A knocking bottom end, oil pressure that falls away when hot, glitter in the drain oil or a crank that no longer turns freely all point to journal damage. Once a journal is scored or oval, grinding undersize is the only repair and a replacement crank is often the simpler route.Specifications Engine code EA839 Listed applications Volkswagen Audi OE / cross-reference numbers 06M105019AM Supplier part number WS-415AC Crankshaft length 400.5mm Warranty (as stated) 1 year or 10,000 KM, whichever comes first Condition New Minimum order 1 piece Fitment checks before orderingCrankshafts are not interchangeable on engine capacity alone.
