In Budureasca vineyards it was planted on an area that offers an important number of hours in the sun to be protected from diseases that occur due to moisture . An elegant and well balanced wine, obtained from grapes cultivated on 6 ha of old vineyard. After being pressed, the grapes had a low-temperature fermentation for 3-4 weeks, to keep natural sugars, which provides harmony between the variety flavors and sweetness. Tasting Notes Pale pink color and aromas of raspberries and wild strawberries with fine notes of roses. The taste is fresh, balanced, with rose petal flavor and a fruity finish. Food pairing It may be associated with desserts based on fruits, cheese or chocolate. Serving temperature: 10-12˚C.
