Each 500mg serving is equivalent to 5,000mg of the original astragalus root. This distinction is useful when comparing concentrated botanical extracts, as the 5,000mg figure represents the root equivalent rather than the physical weight of extract contained in the capsule. The remaining ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate. How To Take Take 1 capsule per day, preferably in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
