It replaces it with a fire-rated door built from an 18-gauge steel pan and a ½" gypsum panel, sealed around the perimeter with a silicone gasket. Returns You may return your fire-rated door within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original carton with all original packing materials, parts, hardware and manuals. Items that have been installed cannot be returned. Return authorization Contact us for a return authorization before shipping anything back. Returns sent without one may be refused, and you may be charged to have them shipped back to you. Restocking fee and shipping charges Returns for any reason other than damage, a defect, or an incorrect shipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is your responsibility. Ship prepaid and insured via UPS to the address provided with your return authorization. Because free shipping applies only to completed sales, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items Check every box when it arrives. If a carton is badly damaged, refuse it with the UPS driver if you can. Otherwise, photograph the damage and report it to us the same day. Damage found after unpacking must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If your fire-rated door is damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll handle the return or replacement at no cost to you. Refunds Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
