Phish "LP on LP 08 (AC/DC Bag / Gumbo Boise, ID 9/14/99)"

Some of the Finest, Hand-Picked Live Phish on Color Vinyl LP! "Made of Money" First Pressing! Mixed by Jon Altschiller from the Multitrack Masters! Part of the Collectible 'Live Phish on Long Play' Series! The eighth volume in the LP on LP vinyl series highlights "AC/DC Bag > Gumbo" from Phish's second show at the 13,000 capacity BSU Pavilion. Boise fell in the opening week of the summer '99 tour – between Portland, Oregon and Mountain View, California, placing it far apart from the rest of the tour and squarely out of the way for everyone except locals and the most intrepid travelers. The result was a snooze-you-lose show that produced what is still the longest and most exploratory "AC/DC Bag" to date on side A, linked via an interstellar vacuum and effect-laden space jam to a standout "Gumbo" on side B with a funky nod to "Another One Bites the Dust." This unique two-song combination yielded a non-stop, nearly 38-minute chunk of must-hear Phish. LP on LP 08 was recorded by Paul Languedoc and mixed from multitrack by Jon Altschiller.
