Condition Note: Brand new unopened commercial surplus in original manufacturer shipping carton. Material & Build: Fabricated from heavy-duty butcher-grade paper stock specially treated to retain tensile strength and resist tearing when wet from blood, meat juices, and moisture. Thermal & Cooking Performance: Locks out ambient air between stacked portions to reduce surface oxidation, preserve natural meat coloration, and prevent freezer burn in display cases. Hardware & Handling: Pre-cut 12" x 15" sheet format allows butcher counter staff and meat cutters to interleave cuts rapidly without requiring roll cutters or manual trimming. Capacity & Sizing: Sized at 12 inches wide by 15 inches long, supplied in a bulk commercial master carton containing 2,000 sheets for high-volume grocery and butcher operations. Sanitation & Certifications: Deep solid black background creates high visual contrast that accentuates red meat cuts while maintaining food-safe sanitation in retail meat cases.
