Bombay Citron Pressé takes its inspiration from the Tom Collins: gin, lemon, a touch of sweetness and a long pour of soda. The lemons are hand-picked early in the Mediterranean season, when their zest is at its sharpest, then hand-peeled and made into a 100% natural lemon infusion. That infusion is blended with Bombay’s vapour-infused gin and its familiar botanicals: juniper, coriander, cubeb berries and grains of paradise. The result is a gin that tastes of real lemon, fresh and juicy rather than sweet-shop, with the juniper and spice of the classic Bombay underneath. There’s no added sugar, and the pale colour comes naturally from the fruit.
